CPW was formed to be the statewide point of contact for the public about Collaborative Practice and coordinates its public outreach efforts with the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) as well as with local Collaborative Practice associations to ensure that our message is consistent, professional and far-reaching. CPW serves as a central resource for training, education, networking and standards of practice for individual practitioners, local community practice groups and associations.
