Anchored in Consciousness: An Introduction to Insight for Conflict Professionals

This workshop is the full day in-depth follow-up to the Insight Communication and Negotiation 2.0 offering at the 2026 CPW Annual Conference.

Anchored in Consciousness delivers practical, skills-based content directly applicable to the daily work of conflict professionals.

Using the Insight conflict resolution model developed by the Insight Collaboration Institute we’ll explore the deeper reasons behind conflict for both practitioners and clients. By focusing on the dynamic pattern of conscious decision-making, practitioners and parties regain their ability to engage in critical thinking, creativity and cooperative dialogue. Practitioners will learn skills that foster meaningful communication, reduce emotional tension, and lead to more sustainable resolutions.
