Practice Description
Leanne works with individuals and co-parents navigating separation, divorce, and life transitions, offering practical, forward-focused coaching at all stages — from contemplating separation through to adjusting to life afterwards. Coaching can support clients who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed, navigating difficult conversations and decisions, experiencing challenging communication or patterns of conflict, establishing boundaries, or adjusting to parenting across two homes. The focus is on helping clients gain clarity, broaden their perspectives, identify what matters, and find constructive ways forward. Leanne also coaches professionals navigating career decisions and transitions, work-related burnout, the demands of high-pressure roles, and the pursuit of better work-life balance and more sustainable ways of working. Her coaching is supportive, non-judgmental, practical, goal-oriented and forward-focused. Drawing on coaching psychology, applied positive psychology, strengths-based approaches and principles of psychological flexibility, she helps clients explore possibilities and translate insight into purposeful action. Her approach emphasizes not only navigating immediate challenges but also developing psychological capacities that clients can carry forward into the future. Coaching is offered online to clients nationwide, with in-person sessions available by arrangement in Seattle. Her coaching is non-clinical and distinct from therapy, mediation, and legal or financial advice. Where clients’ needs fall outside the scope of coaching, she refers them to an appropriate professional.
