Terms and Conditions

By checking below, I affirm the following:

1. I am licensed to practice in Washington State in my area of profession.
2. I am in good standing with the administrative body that governs or regulates my profession.
3. I have completed at least twelve (12) hours of basic collaborative training.
4. I have completed at least thirty (30) hours of basic mediation training.
