
Courtney is an experienced family law attorney with a focus on Collaborative Law and mediation services. She assists parties with all aspects of family law disputes including divorce, legal separation, child custody and support, relocation and parenting. Courtney has experience in complex family law and financial matters, which she uses to help her clients achieve durable resolutions in a dignified and family-focused manner. Courtney is an active member of the Collaborative Law and Family Law communities. In addition to serving on the Board and past president of King County Collaborative Law, Courtney has presented at CPW and IACP's annual forums, and is an adjunct professor of Collaborative Law at Seattle University School of Law.
