I've been involved in the Collaborative Law process since 2010. Over the years it has become evident that the Collaborative process provides separating/divorcing couples with a better way to reach a resolution of their family matters than traditional, conflict based litigation. The Collaborative process respects each person's rights and gives them the freedom and power to create their own durable agreements about their children and finances.
