Dominik understands that every case in family law is unique. His areas of practice include Family Law Mediation, Arbitration, and ‘Collaborative Divorce’. While the threat of litigation may overshadow every resolution process, Dominik generally views the courtroom as a forum of last resort. To this end he employs strategies of interest-based negotiation, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution in order to achieve client goals. As a trained and practicing ‘collaborative attorney’ Dominik often recommends that his clients implement the ‘Collaborative Divorce’ process as an alternative to litigation.
